We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. We ship globally except to certain Asian and remote regions.

5.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped, you become responsible for the goods. Please inspect deliveries immediately. Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We offer returns within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:

• Items are unused, unopened, in original condition with all packaging
• Original proof of purchase is provided

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Software & Digital Products (including Call of Duty games)
• Opened Audio Equipment (AirPods, headphones for hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or Custom-Configured Items (special desktop computers)

6.3 Return Process

4. We’ll inspect returns within 2-3 business days of receipt

For standard returns (not due to our error), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

6.4 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: Typically within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
