Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95):
  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and insurance
• Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium tech purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Item must be unused, unopened, in original condition with all packaging and accessories
• Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
• Original proof of purchase must be provided

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

• Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
• Body:
  • Your request (return or exchange)
  • Product name and reason
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
  • Confirmation of original condition
  • Your contact information

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. Returns without authorization cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Ship to:

Note: For standard returns (not exchanges or defective items), you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 2-3 business days and notify you via email about the status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

• We’ll ship your replacement once we process your return
• Exchanges subject to product availability
• Price differences will be adjusted (you pay more or receive refund for difference)
• We cover shipping costs for replacement items

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

• We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
• We may request photos/video documentation of the issue

International Returns

For customers outside the UK (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
• Clearly mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
