Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, unopened, and with all original packaging and accessories
  • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
  • The original proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Software & Digital Products (including Call of Duty games and other licensed software)
  • Opened Audio Equipment (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or Custom-Configured Items (such as specially ordered Desktop Computers or Gaming PCs)

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this authorization.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the provided return label (for exchanges or defective items) or ship to:

Note: For standard returns (not exchanges or defective items), you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 2-3 business days. We’ll notify you via email once your return is processed.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Exchange Policy

If you’re exchanging an item:

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product:

International Returns

For customers outside the UK (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
