Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch (1-2 days processing).

How long does order processing take?
We typically process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders come with tracking information which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can track your package directly with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
What if I need my order urgently?
For time-sensitive purchases (like gaming controllers before a tournament or camera accessories for an event), we recommend choosing our Standard Shipping option for faster delivery. Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer express overnight shipping.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all accessories included. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
What if my item arrives damaged?
